Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Sage within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us and we will refund that charge in full to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@getqatalyst.com from the email address on your Sage account. Including "Refund" in the subject line helps us route your message faster. We aim to process refunds through Stripe within five (5) to ten (10) business days of receiving your request; depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear.
What's Eligible
- Your first paid charge on Sage (one refund per customer);
- Refund requested within 14 days of that charge.
What's Not Eligible
- Charges processed more than 14 days prior to your request;
- Renewals after your first paid billing period;
- One-time purchases or add-ons (Sage does not currently offer these; if we add them in the future, terms will be specified at the point of sale);
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
Cancellation (Without Refund)
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal — accessible from Sage Settings → Plan → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a period unless the 14-day guarantee above applies.
Trial Conversions
Paid subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your trial converts to a paid subscription and the 14-day money-back guarantee period begins with that first charge — so you have up to 28 days from signup to evaluate Sage at no net cost (14 days of trial plus 14 days of refund eligibility after the trial ends).
